Meet Adam Brown, a seasoned small business and real estate attorney dedicated to delivering compassionate legal solutions with unwavering integrity.
With over 12 years of experience in the small business and real estate world, Adam is a trusted legal advocate known for his ability to mediate tough situations and achieve favorable resolutions for his clients. From navigating complex legal disputes to providing sound legal advice, he excels in small business formation, business and employment support, real estate issues, tenant/landlord disputes, HOA law, issues of habitability, and mediation, ensuring clients receive top-notch representation tailored to their unique needs.
Adam earned his undergraduate degree from Oklahoma Christian University and then moved back to his hometown of Houston to attend law school at South Texas School of Law. He received his Juris Doctorate in 2011 and was admitted to the Colorado State Bar the same year. He is licensed to practice law in Colorado. Adam combines his extensive legal knowledge with a deep commitment to integrity, ensuring that every client receives transparent and ethical representation.
Beyond his legal practice, Adam is dedicated to giving back to the community through his involvement in the non-profit world. Most recently, Adam has served on the board for Almost Home, Inc. since 2021. Working on housing issues within the legal system has given Adam a first-hand perspective on the need for organizations like Almost Home, Inc. to exist to address the housing crisis in the community. Adam enjoys contributing not only his knowledge of the legal system but also his passion for restorative justice. Adam also previously served on the board of Open Up, Inc. in Denver from 2020-2021. In his free time, Adam enjoys playing music, experiencing Denver’s vibrant restaurant scene, and spending time with his wife and four kids.
